Very easy to deal with, even long-distance. We live in a small town in Alaska and had researched the kind of trailer we wanted on-line. Found out that they had one and when we called them it was very easy to arrange the purchase, even from Alaska. All we had to do was await the time when we could get on down to Draper to pick it up.
