Nicholas in service is very knowledgeable and great person to work with. I’ve dealt with him over the last several years and I highly recommend him. Also in the parts department with Luke they make an awesome team. Luke is also very knowledgeable, helpful with making sure you are getting the parts you need.

The people working there. Nick Williams, Brian, and guy in the parts depart were great. All kept me informed and were very kind. Bought a new small camper from another dealer, with lots of problems. I wouldn't have been camping this summer if everyone at Ckarkston General RV hadn't been there to fix everything with a smile.

The Service Manager, Olivia Cohen, is one of the best Service Managers I have ever worked with for my RV’s and Car Vehicles!! She is well informed, knowledgeable, efficient, and is extremely personable, when she is helping you with your issues. She always comes through for me whether I’m at your dealership or on the road, on vacation. I can call her and she helps me solve a simply problem, or sets up a prompt appointment to resolve my issues as soon as I get home with my travel trailer. I bring my travel trailer from Sturgis, Michigan to get it serviced for all things, because Olivia is there. I trust her, have told several of my trailer friends to look her up, to get great service for their trailers or RV’s, and efficient time management for them and their trailers.
