You come up with great design suggestions. Once our design was decided on the ordering was so very easy and we got our product in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier. Thank you and we will be sure to use you again when needed.

The team was great. I had a shirt made. The size didn’t come in on the order and they went and bought a more expensive T-shirt. I was willing to pay the difference, but they said no great customer service skills.

I couldn't be happier with Big Frog Duluth! They were such attentive listeners as I arrived with more ideas than with specific plans for a banner for my Swedish mother's 99th birthday. Two weeks later and at an affordable cost I picked up a 4' x 2' banner with a pithy saying (in Swedish, of course) and the Swedish national emblem.....as well as 25 colorful. self-sticking emblems to give to her party's guests. Big Frog, you delivered a good deal of joy and fun to my family on this extraordinary occasion of my mother's birthday. Heartfelt thanks! JRS in Duluth, Minnesota

The t shirt is high quality and very nice, wasn't sure on shipping it out, didn't realize they must need to ship out a lot to get it, but emaed them and got a quick response and my shirt arrived on time! Highly recommend
