Michael and his team made creating our Camava Connect T-shirts such a wonderful experience! They welcomed us into the process and took the time to teach us how to achieve the shirts we envisioned. Being able to learn and participate made the finished shirts even more special. And the printing team—the shirts are absolutely beautiful! We’re so grateful for the care and craftsmanship they put into bringing our design to life. Thank you, Michael and team, for sharing your knowledge, making us feel included, and creating something we were proud to share with our Camava family. Highly recommend!

Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Our company got quotes from at least 20 different companies and we went with Big Frog because of the fair pricing and Steve's willingness to answer all of our questions. He was very patient while we narrowed down our options. I would definitely recommend Big Frog to anyone who needs shirts or anything else they provide. -Talia Bencivenga Pacific Health Group

I had a fantastic experience with Big Frog Custom T-Shirts, and especially with Steve, who helped me tremendously throughout the ordering process. I was honestly overwhelmed by the variety of products and options available, so I asked Steve for his professional opinion. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped narrow down options for hats, duffle bags, and polos for me to review. He was also incredibly helpful in getting our company logo as small as possible so that the finished merchandise would have a subtle, clean, and professional look. Everything came out great! I really appreciated Steve’s expertise, patience, and attention to detail throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Big Frog Custom T-Shirts—and Steve—to anyone looking for high-quality branded merchandise and great customer service.

Quick turnaround even at last minute. Ready even earlier than promised too! Quality of print was excellent. The tshirt was rather thin (could see my friends tattoos through the shirt!), but to be fair, I requested same day turnaround and this was the type of shirt that was available. Next time I will give more time to do the shirts and be able to choose the shirt color and quality. And there are more orders coming!!

The customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend this Big Frog store for personal and business shirt printing. We do orders of over 300+ shirts and smaller re-order quantities.

I recently went to the Big Frog in Clairmont, San Diego for a special order for my wife's birthday. I was assisted by Big Frog representative, Michael. I felt that Michael represented the best in customer service. Michael went the extra mile to work with me to produce a product I would be happy with. The results were outstanding! Michael also contacted me to let me know my order was ready. I will absolutely use the Clairmont Big Frog again and recommend Big Frog to all my friends, colleagues, and family. You guys, and especially Michael, are the best! John Murphy
