So far my experience is that the women that work there are very experienced, professional, kind and they go above and beyond for their clients. The woman that cut my hair (Tammy) left for a while and left instructions on how I like my hair, which I thought was extremely kind and showed me that they care about their client base.

I have been a Sport Clips customer since 2006, 20 years. I like the ideal of going on line and looking for the availability of the wait time for an appointment. Then i schedule myself and if I prefer to have a specific hair dresser service my hair I can ask to have them as my hair dresser. Then I like that I receive a text message letting me know my wait time and when I'm on deck. The check in is very understandable and not stressful. I'm a season ticket holder and I appreciate Sport Clips offering this package. You have a very pleased and satisfied customer. Keep up the great job you are doing.
