All the products we received were excellent, from the grab bars , chair lift, to the anchors. I had no issues with any of the staff I had the pleasure of work with. Another plus was the technicians knowledge of what is needed and the where with all to effectively install everything. Everyone I worked with was helpfull and courteous. I highly recomend 101 Mobility for their professionalism and their knowledge in improving the safety and quality of life for those who suffer from mobility issues.

The product works wonderful. It is very easy to use. My husband has limited use of his legs and he moves from his wheelchair to the unit with ease. The man who installed our unit did a great job. He had the unit installed quickly and showed sowed my husband and all all the features of the unit. He answered all our questions fully and gave use a card so we could follow up if needed. Very satisfied with the unit and the service

The ladies in the office were very helpful in answering our questions and helping my wife try out the various scooters. The scooter we bought wasn't even on our list of possibilities until the sales girl offered to show it to us. My wife loved the machine and was able to get it out the door and around the parking lot safely. I was hoping your show room would be larger to give my wife a better trail of the various machines, but the sales crew said we were allowed to take the scooter outside for a test.
