We cannot get a stamped engineering drawing of the hole design you provided. Our construction project is being delayed for weeks as we struggle to get the Johnson City building inspector to approve the construction of the hole in the floor. You could male it right by getting the engineer who designed the hole, to vouch for his or her design by sending us a copy of the plan for the hole with an engineer's approval on it. It will take weeks and significant expense to get an outside engineer to look at the drawing and inspect the hole which your people already approved, before the elevator was installed.
