Josh was outstanding! Up front he answered all of my questions and gave me an immediate quote. I tried to get quotes from two other companies but they failed to do so. Josh sent a technician (J.R.) from Huntington West Virginia to solve my problem. J.R. was also outstanding with his repair work and also training a new technician. If a need arises I will definitely call 101Mobility. Thank you!!

We are finally with a unit Trio that is working and we love it. We still have to have some items to be resolved (install the grab bar, trim for the rails, and some gray paint for scrapes on the top of the front panel ) Also with the location in WV the workers were in Nicholasville, KY for 4 to 6 hours at most per day so it took more than a week to get it off the ground. Then there was a problem with the bottom pan causing the Emergancy stop to stay on due to the foam under the switch due to manufacturing.

after calling numerous other companies, i was exceptionally pleased with the consideration given my call. their inspector came out, took a lot of time finding out what was wrong. their office staff were also helpful. the gentleman repairing the lift took great pains to insure that my problem was solved. parts and labor were reasonably priced. I am a fan!

I like how quickly the ramp was assembled. I like that it can easily be disassembled. The ramp is not slippery even in the rain. The salesman was very friendly and readily answered my questions. The assemblers were very knowledgeable and kind. This has been a very stressful season and 101 Mobility helped to make life better.

I would have liked for it to be a little wider at the entry door. The measurement was used from the wooden ramp that we had prior to your ramp being installed. It wasn't taken into consideration that there were no rails for that one. Outside of this we are pleased with the ramp and the service we received, including the request to kill a garter snake that was under the wooden ramp on the stoop to the house. Your installers were very nice, mannerly and knew what they were doing.
