We were in a very desperate situation. I had a total knee replacement and three days later my wife fell down the steps and broke her femur. After surgery, we were told that she could not put weight on that leg for 3 months. We were frantically trying to figure out what to do when she came home. Everyone we talked to at your company was very courteous and professional. We were originally calling to have a chairlift moved from another house to our house. The next day, Carrie came to our house and provided me with several options. Within days, we had a used chairlift installed. 101 Mobility has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend this company!

Kerry was the representative who came and measured and answered all questions. We have a homemade stairway leading to the attic and my wife wanted a lift there also and they had one to fit. No pressure sales . A family member and a friend had several installed in their homes and have been very pleased with the lifts and any service they needed. The installers were very friendly, polite, and courteous. Very respectable of property and no mess. Easy to operate and AJ even stopped by a day later as I had a question on attic operation. I’m glad my family and friend recommended.

The Owners came Out and Talk About the Product and was Very Clear on what the Unit can and cannot do. Their Time was well spent. And the Crew Who came out to install the unit was On Time and Very Nice they knew what they were doing and it took less than 2 Hours and everything was Cleaned Up with they were done.
