The service technician was able to identify the problem immediately. A new part was needed, but the technician was able to put in a temporary fix so the elevator could be used before the new part arrived. This was a Godsend as the elevator is a necessity not a luxury. When the part arrived the technician came back, installed the part and made sure the elevator was working perfectly. It was and still is.

You got out to my brother's house immediately after he was discharged from the rehab facility. You assessed the situation and recommended a superpole to assist him in accessing the commode. You installed it the next day. I spoke to him this morning and he told me how helpful it is for him. Thank you Will/Josh for making my brother's transition home go more smoothly.
