The product is well designed and the service was installed in a reasonable manner. The only comment is the unit bumps half way down ,the installer said this was caused by the join in the track it runs on. Is there any way this could be corrected? Perhaps by adding more supports under the join?

We are very impressed with the quick , immediate response (from all contacts KATE, DYAN & Pierce) ) to our enquiry for a non working stair lift. We were referred to 101 Mobility in Mississauga, Ontario (by HANDI CARE in U. S. headquarters.).the in home SERVICE CALL the next day by h PIERCE GRANT who knew how to service my lift. Pierce was very polite, knowledgeable and was able to check all possible problems bringing charged lift batteries and we are now back in business. Handicare Chair Lift. Ergonomics, speed up and down is excellent. Custom single rail system is highly recommended. The rail is made in Canada, took approximately 2 weeks to manufacture.
