We had a Stiltz Duo elevator installed by Matt and his team 3 years ago - one of the best additions we've ever made to our home. It has helped with a mobility impaired inlaw since installation and will allow my wife and I to age-in-place going forward. Installation was quick and surprisingly straight forward and the elevator has performed flawlessly. Matt has been a pleasure to deal with.
The sturdy Bruno stairlift was installed on one of the hottest summer days. We have no air-conditioning relief but the 2 guys working on it did so without complaint despite sweating profusely. The lift has worked like a dream since. Until 3 1/2 years later when it suddenly stopped just 3 days before the Chrestmas holidays. After an SOS call to 101 Mobility, we had a quick response from Matt who came out the same day and quickly found the trouble and resolved it. What a relief. Thank you!
Very good dealing with Matt Dawson. He and I already discussed this review.
Three items in particular:
1. Manufacturer defect (or they may claim installation error or more likely a site issue) that should have been conveyed before final selection was made.
2. One item on the contract was not addressed and only discussed after I brought it up after the installation. Should have been addressed (whether for compliance or not) before the installation arrival.
3. One item for potential (and optional) installation enhancement will be deferred until the first service call.
