We have had the lift in place for over 5 years and it has been a game changer for my 90+ year old mom. We have had maintanance twice and 101 Mobility has been prompt, proactive, and very reasonably priced. I have recommended them to some friends and they did a great job for them as well.

The staff at Mobility 101 could not have been nicer. I accidently came across this store and I’m glad I did. I was looking for a ramp rental place and walked in this store. All I saw was scooters, wheelchairs and lift equipment. But thought I would ask if they rented ramps. And they did! The ramp I rented allowed me to have my mom and dad for Christmas to my house. It’s the first time they have left their little town in 12 years. Not only am I thankful for Mo polity 101, I have found a place if I need any other items for my dad. The Stairlift itself is amazing, your Dispatch Techs are phenomenal but on the flip side, there should be better communication with customers via phone conversations, etc. You might consider sending out "Newsletters" or periodic literature on your products to keep your customers updated on changes, warranties, etc. As it is now all I know to do is to call in when I have a problem and then I am at the mercy of whomever answers the phone if they don't fully communicate how they can assist me and my financial responsibility then I will get blindsighted just as I recently was. On a good note, a tech was almost immediately dispatched to my home to repair a problem. What I wasn't told was that my Stairlift is now out of warranty + I was not informed that there would be a "Service Charge" nor how much it would be UNTIL I received a phone call right at 5pm the day of this service requesting payment. This should have been handled much better than it was, I should have been told of what to expect prior to getting off the Request for Service Call. I am now praying that this fix holds or I will be forced to call back in to order some type of major component, which I am assuming I will be responsible for paying for since my Lift is out of warranty, or possibly ordering a new seat altogether. 101 mobility was easy to work with. They made safety suggestions once they knew our situation. They were professional and efficient installing our chair lift and grab bars in the garage. They have been responsive when we’ve called with questions and have resolved any issues we’ve had.
