We are pleased. So far, the Stiltz lift works well and is an attractive addition to our home. Although there were problems with the operation of the lift when it was first installed, 101 Mobility persisted until the problems were resolved. The 101 Mobility crew was very professional. We especially appreciate the efforts of Kirk who worked hard to solve the problems we initially had with the lift. It works well now. We already recommend 101 Mobility to friends who may eventually be in need of mobility equipment in their home.

From estimate to installation took several weeks, but since we were not in a hurry it was fine. Once we were on the schedule, installation was quick and the end result is a lift that is wonderful. It is quiet, easy to operate and provides the help we needed to go from one level to another in our home.
