The 176 Community is great. Friendly staff and tenants. The building is well maintained and maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. We are very happy to be renting here. The new system to enter the building provides multiple ways to safely get in to the building and is very easy to use. The drone system used to clean the exterior of the building was very cool today.

A clean, well-maintained, modern and very quiet property. The environment is peaceful, and common areas are consistently kept in great condition. What really stands out is the responsiveness of the staff. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes living here stress-free. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to live.

Most everything. The apartments are lovely and well suited to my needs. Staff link management and maintenance are excellent and very friendly. Though I have not used many yet, the amenities are exceptional. The location is perfect for me.

I chose 176 Denison it because it's very clean, modern and conveniently located. Other conveniences include an elevator, direct access from the garages, a garbage/recycling room on every floor, and inside mail boxes. The residents and staff are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I know I made the right choice with 176 Denison.

People are kind, respectful, and make it easy to feel comfortable and safe. Neighbors greet each other and create a pleasant environment. The community looks nice, with clean common areas, good landscaping, and spaces that feel cared for. A calm place to relax after work, with less noise and a sense of privacy.

I am very pleased that the system for keeping the doors locked and being able to admit people is almost complete. Still waiting for the fobs before I can make it a 10.
