Community room, exercise room, and pool room inside are big assets. The outdoor amenities help when living in an apartment complex. I had never rented before and the move was a big adjustment. Community room could use more chairs easily accessible. Large rectangle table for games and cards as well as socializing. Some type of shade in outside picnic area and possibly small one in grassy area outside the pet park. Staff works hard at trying to make everything comfortable. They certainly don't have any spare time.

The Management of 176 is absolutely TOP NOTCH. The Maintenance person,Dan, is very prompt in responding to any requests. The Common Areas are First Class and well kept up. Actually, there is nothing not to like about living here at 176.

The community at 176 Denison is fantastic. We love our apartment because it's bright, up to date, and has plenty of storage space. It's a quiet, diverse community of all ages and everyone is respectful of each other. The club room, billiards room, and grilling area are great places for people to gather. The management is professional and responsive to your needs. The maintenance team responds promptly to any repairs needed, and the buildings and grounds are well taken care of. We love it hear and recommend 176 Denison as a place become your home! Lisa

The women working in the office, Sarah and Jess are phenomenal. They are both caring and responsive. Reidman is fortunate to have them in these positions. I like the mixture of ages and diversity of residents. I also love our convenient location to the downtown area.

When I first moved here, it was because of the nice apartments with washer and dryer, closet space and the location. I never thought about management until I actually moved in. Our staff here is wonderful. Sarah and Jessie keep us safe, informed, and comfortable. There’s never a time of day that they don’t have time to listen to our concerns whether they have to do with our living conditions or our personal lives. Dan, Chris and Julie keep this place maintained and spotless. These people make 176 a home that a good share of us don’t ever plan on leaving.

I like the on-site Management. The 2 ladies do a great job of meeting the Residents needs and wants. The Maintenance men are amazing and very responsive to any needed repairs. The Common spaces are ALWAYS spotlessly clean. The Exterior grounds are practically manicured by Thomas Landscaping, who also do an outstanding job of snow removal and de-icing. This is a perfect location for me, an aging Senior who down sized from the worries of home maintenance and upkeep to a place with no worries.
