When I first moved here, it was because of the nice apartments with washer and dryer, closet space and the location. I never thought about management until I actually moved in. Our staff here is wonderful. Sarah and Jessie keep us safe, informed, and comfortable. There’s never a time of day that they don’t have time to listen to our concerns whether they have to do with our living conditions or our personal lives. Dan, Chris and Julie keep this place maintained and spotless. These people make 176 a home that a good share of us don’t ever plan on leaving.

I like the on-site Management. The 2 ladies do a great job of meeting the Residents needs and wants. The Maintenance men are amazing and very responsive to any needed repairs. The Common spaces are ALWAYS spotlessly clean. The Exterior grounds are practically manicured by Thomas Landscaping, who also do an outstanding job of snow removal and de-icing. This is a perfect location for me, an aging Senior who down sized from the worries of home maintenance and upkeep to a place with no worries.

I like most of the amenities. Wish we had less times of smelling drugs. The annual raise in rent is more than many can stand in their budgeting. Long term people who would like to stay at current level are looking for ways to have less expense. Disheartening.

This is such a wonderful place to call home. It may look like an apartment building but it has the feeling of a community. The facilities are wonderful with a community/party room, full gym as well as a game room and a super outdoor patio with BBQs & fireplace. And, it's just a 10 minute walk to downtown Corning. The management and maintenance staff are always ready to help with a smile. I just can't think of a better and more comfortable place to live!!

This is a wonderful place to live and the staff is outstanding. I can only hope they\ staff is appropriately rewarded for their excellence. However, I have been very disappointed about the length of time it has taken to put in a system that allows us to let personal visitors in to the building when it is locked. We have lived here for almost 4 years and I can't count the number of times, we have had to either wait downstairs for our guests or make more than one trip downstairs to get them, leaving some guests in our apartment while we let others in. We are told it is finally in this year's budget, but we are into the third month of this year and so far, now word.

The Riedmsn Group have made their apartments in such a way that the tenants feel like they are living within a community. The amenities here bring us together and the management make us feel at home.

Great staff, great maintenance, good security. Washer, dryer, in unit, lots of storage space easy to heat. Apartments are new and clean compared to anything else in Corning. Location is center of town. Monthly functions and get-togethers for residence.
