This community has a hard working staff. It is conveniently located and the population of residents is very diverse. I have never rented before so getting acclimated to the process was a learning experience.. I only know 1 resident who is older than I am but the residents make a genuine effort to make all others feel welcome. As a dedicated card player, look forward to the weekly Wednesday card night. It would be helpful if there was an adjustment of tables for greater flexibility as follows: 1. get rid of the center seating area in coffee area on first floor. It is never used and doesn't serve any use. The small tables would fit there and better serve area. 2. Take two of the small tables from the community area and move down to the center seating area. 3. Replace these two tables in community area with larger tables that better serve card players. Include 1 or 2 regular card player's in selection process to have more workable area. This would now have 2 smaller tables and 2 larger tables in community area. Win win for all.

You can walk to the library, bank, and most places downtown on Market Street. Lots of holiday activities , farmers market in summer, lots of good restaurants and stores. Aā€trueā€ downtown. I especially like how the drivers honor the walk now lights on Denison Parkway, making it safe for those on foot.

I like the way the building is maintained. Also the parking lot. I like that there is no smoking of any kind and this rule is enforced! People are friendly but there is no intrusion.

Everything is wonderful, but it is still the same complaint. After being a tenant for 4 years, we still do not have a workable entry system, so having visitors after hours from outside the apartments, is very difficult to manage. I understand that it is difficult to get someone to install the system, but after 4 years, patience is running out for some.
