We went to another bike shop in Madison and that store had a way bigger inventory, but we kept coming back to 2 Rivers because the customer service was second to none. Each member of the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We were given every opportunity to try every model before we finally settled on what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier!
