Friendly greeting when I walked in the door and my appt started on time, which hasn’t happened a lot at other salons. My stylist, Stephanie was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my cut and color! Excited to have found a new salon!

I have been a 20 Volume Salon customer for years because Veronica does an amazing job cutting my hair! The salon is always clean and well put together and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. If you need any products, those are available but the staff doesn't "push" products on you during a visit. It is very easy to make an appointment and the rates for services are very good. Sure, I could get a cheaper haircut someplace else but the great cut, and terrific service and atmosphere at 20 Volume, make it the best value. My wife has been a customer for years, as well!
