Jen, was knowledgeable about the science of hair. We discussed the treatment of rash along the neckline as well as hair loss as a result of weight loss and the regrowth of hair after weight loss. We discussed my color and she offered suggestions for shaping my hair for maximum volume. I'm very happy with my color and cut.
