All of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Went in looking to get fitted for a bike and ended up purchasing two bikes, one for myself and one for my wife. Everyone was very helpful from sizing, seeing whats available, biking tips, and installing tailgate cover (I’m a newbie). Some bike shops seem to look down on people on a budget and with minimal knowledge but 2nd Avenue is far from that. I will recommend 2nd Avenue to anyone looking for a bike or outdoor sport necessity. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future (I live a state over).
