Amazingly great experience! I tried bike maintenance and it is just like plumbing, not for amateurs! I took the bike in, was greeted quickly, the bike was put on the stand and while the tech was fixing my attempt to ruin the rear derailleur explained to me what he was doing and why. Wow! I've always had great service at 2nd Ave Sports. This was just the latest. Thanks so much. Jim
