I love when I'm met at the door with a hi and "what can we do for you"? I left other shops because their lack of noticing you and wanting to help you was not there, or at least I didn't feel important.
You also have multiple people at the desk that know bikes and can sometimes answer a question right from the start, especially when you call. Saving you a trip is wonderful.
And then there's Stan. An experienced and knowledgeable mechanic that I personally will stick with because I think he will "know" my bikes. I appreciated that he's not there to "sell you" the latest and greatest. Just good old tried and true advice and I trust that.
So thanks to all your empolyees and I'll be back again, because you ARE my shop.
The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I came into the store for the first time to repair a flat tire, and they were able to take care of it quickly and efficiently (and cheaply)
There was a gentleman in front, I assume the owner, that was chatting us up and being extra great to my daughter. Made it a really great experience.
Great selections. You always have a well stocked clearance area which is a big draw for me. The turn around time on repair service is quick too. Finally you are well staffed and they are enthusiastic and helpful.
Some retired Italian guy waited on me and he was great. He said he rode in the Tour de France but I don't think he was being truthful. He was pretty woke.
People are very attentive from the minute you walk in the door, your greeted, you are helped and the people are All very friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing you will suggestions and getting the work done quickly.
