Nick helped me with getting my bike scheduled for a tune up. He was personable & knowledgeable! He showed me some new models of e-bikes that were available, some were on sale, too! The new store looks great & has a full service repair & maintenance shop on site. Bikes for all ages! Ask for Nick…he’s awesome!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at 7 Miles Bikes and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a bike. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to answer all of our questions. What really stood out was learning that the staff are not commission-based; they're simply there to help, and it showed. There was zero pressure, just genuine, honest guidance. We were even able to take it for a test ride before committing, which made the whole decision easy. The mechanics thoroughly inspected the bike to confirm it was in solid mechanical condition, which gave us a lot of confidence. We ended up purchasing a used bike that was fairly priced and in great shape. Before we finalized the purchase, we also appreciated that the bike came with a 6-month riding warranty, which is a nice touch that provided real peace of mind. We'll absolutely be back for future purchases or any service needs. A truly refreshing bike shop experience!

Our repair experience was great, just as I expected. One weird thing did happen, though--Alex called me Saturday for repair authorization as another issue arose. I called him right back, offering my assent that day. Five days later, my wife called wondering what was up and was told you were waiting to hear back from us for authorization. It all worked out, but I was surprised when she told me, since I replied back to her with the time-stamp of my Saturday call with Alex. Bizarre.
