The 30 minutes is all you need to start and transform your body. It's a challenge everyday and they are always there to push you and make sure you are doing the moves correctly. I leave a mass of sweat everyday I go. My cardio is much better. The inches are melting away. It's great mentally to be able to see the changes in the last 3 months. You start off slow and get stronger. I highly recommend it.
It's a great workout and I always feel so good afterwards. The trainers are amazing and as they get to know you they work with you to make sure you are getting the best workout possible. Plus it is so easy to get a workout in with such a flexible schedule to just go in for half an hour and it's done!
