I love 9Round. I am that person who simply does not like working out. I have tried many gyms, the Y, group classes. I would stick to nothing. 9Round is exactly what I need in my life. It is quick and effective. No class times and there is always a trainer there and I need that because I have no idea what I am doing!
I joined 9 Round with my husband about a month ago. It’s something we can do together and create a little healthy competition between us. I’ve never really enjoyed going to the gym and was very intimidated by traditional gyms. I love that there is a trainer there for every workout and there is something empowering about wearing a pair of boxing gloves. Joining 9 Round was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
9Round is a very challenging total body workout. The trainers are always upbeat, informative, and well versed on the days workout.
A few of the highlights of 9Round is the workout changes everyday so you can avoid the slump of doing the same routine day in and out, get a good workout and get going with the rest of your day, and the workouts can be modified for the participants comfort level.
1. In can be as vigorous as you want. I can take it easy or do 18 rounds. 2. It’s amazingly convenient with no classes or waiting or time to talk yourself out of going. 3. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, engaging and genuinely interested and concerned about your progress. I’m actually learning the proper and effective way to hit and kick. It’s an encouraging environment, clean, straight forward no nonsense. No one reason, but a plethora of reasons that this workout system and the environment is conducive to most personalities and very sustainable through the demands of today’s busy schedules. It can’t be just me!
Best? That’s hard because I like so much. I guess the total body workout in 30 minutes. But tying for second is having great trainers who get to know you, not having to have an appointment, having the workout change daily. So glad I started at 9ROUND!!
It’s small, so it’s not intimidating. I don’t have to wear makeup or even make sure my clothes match. A trainer helps with every round if I need it; or leaves me alone if I so choose. Everyone is greeted warmly, and usually by name.
