The trainer Monday and Wednesday mornings is phenomenal. She pushes me to work harder than I think I can. And when it’s busy, with all 8 rounds filled, she still manages to push everyone to their max without neglecting anyone. The workouts are fun and always have a little bit extra because of her.

I would suggest the trainers slow down when showing me/us the different workouts on the stations. Sometimes I barely catch what they are saying and move to quickly to show what needs to be done to quickly.
I really like how quick the workout is. It's been a month and I notice big results, especially my knees. They would ache when going up and downstairs with laundry. Not any more. The training staff at 9Round in Georgetown Ontario are all very helpful and patient. I wish my older brain could remember the moves and work as quickly as my young trainers do. With my perseverance and their help, I expect that will happen soon! A friend gave me the push to join and I am very grateful for that. I have been a regular member for over 2 years and the workouts are never dull. The best thing is that you can work at your own level and the trainer's are there to encourage you to do more. These workouts are the best way to deal with the day to day stresses we have in our lives. Taking a half hour out of your day to make yourself fitter, stronger, happier and healthier is a little time everyone can afford to give themselves. The trainer's are welcoming, friendly and non judgemental. They are the best! Thank you 9Round!
