I love the system of 9 Rounds of 3 minutes each, makes a 30 minutes workout feel like a way shorter time, it really goes by so fast. Also the workouts change every day so it never gets boring and you always get a full body workout. The trainers are great at encouraging and making you feel welcome. I really wish I had found this place a long time ago.

The staff is really is remarkable. Additionally, the size of this location is perfectly. There's plenty of parking, good spacing between all 9 rounds, and plenty of lockers. Its clean, feels safe, and reasonably priced!
