The owners and the trainers are very nice and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and get to know you as a person, unlike other places. I also like the fact that they modify the workouts for you if necessary.

It's fun cardio for me. I do not like to run on the treadmill or anywhere really. Being able to get my heart rate high while having fun at the same time is a plus. I burn more calories at 9Round in 30 minutes than I do running on a treadmill for an hour.

I can get there whenever within the service hours and get my workout in! I love my trainer she has got to kow me and knows how to challenge me and how to taylor the activities for my needs etc! It is a simple ; super clean ; super relaxed and healthy environment I feel comfortable there to be myself . There are people of all ages and all lfitness levels and our trainer makes us feel welcome and unique and gives each person the needed attention! I am so happy here; that I got my husband to join too!
