This is the first time that I've found a workout that's fun and works with my schedule. I've been going for a month and I'm already noticing that my conditioning is getting better and my clothes fit better. Plus the trainers are awesome; they modify the exercises based on your ability and encourage you to keep going when you feel like you can't do any more. I'm exhausted after each workout but it's so fun that I look forward to working out again the next day.
I really like the relationships that I make with other members and the trainers! We continuously check in with each other on a fitness and personal level. It’s a positive environment filled with encouragement!
I like the fact that 9Round has no set class time. A new round begins every 3 minutes. I like that there is a trainer on site each session. Having rheumatoid arthritis, a bad back and bad knee, and having had a heart ablation, the trainers help me modify the exercises so that I can do the workout within my limitations. For the novice who has not exercised in a while, and therefore, may not yet have the muscle tone to do some of the exercises (i.e. ab wheel), the trainers work with them to improve their muscle tone.
Love the fact that it’s only 30 minutes and you still get a great workout. Love that there is no set class time. Love the fact you do different workouts and focus on different part of the body at each round. Coaches are great.
