Like many people, I’ve always exercised off and on. But at my age (74), it’s essential to exercise consistently at least 3 times a week. My trainer, Anton, has kept me on track. He’s creative at designing the right exercises for what I need, taking into account what I can and can’t do. I’m stronger and have more stamina. Before I began training, I had fallen 4 times in the last year. Since I began, I haven’t fallen once.
The sessions are tailored to my goals and Ashley always creates ways to adapt movements and exercises to work within my health challenges. Even with those, we have continued to see my strength improve. I am the strongest I have ever been at 62! She motivates me and has given me home programs that allow me to continue on my weight lifting journey. Accountability is your friend! I don't want to go back in and say I didn't work out. No excuses :)

My trainer, Anton, does an excellent job motivating me to exercise. He’s helped improve my upper and lower body strength as well as my balance. He’s been very creative at introducing new exercises to work on different issues. I haven’t fallen accidentally since I began training with him — I fell 4 times in the prior 12 months.
I love the one-on-one training and the fact that everyone has a degree in kinesiology (or equivalent). It’s a personal gym that also offers physical therapy, nutrition counseling and remote video sessions. The atmosphere is very training focused without a bunch of people lifting on their own to distract from the individual experience.
Anton is excellent. He’s really helped improve my strength. And most importantly, he’s kept me on track. I’m 74 years old; haven’t fallen accidentally since we started.
