Their trainers are ALL AMAZING! But they have this new star coach - Darren! He is sooo good at teaching, down to the details, and principles and theories behind what we do. I can already feel the difference in my…. everywhere! Ouch! Welcome Darren. You are amazing!
Very individualized approach with training sessions tailored to client’s specific goals. Very knowledgeable trainers who really care about their clients’ progress and success. A+🤩
I love that every session is based on how I am feeling in my body. Ashley is able to adapt to days I feel strong, have some pain or am stressed out. She makes each session have value and also fun.
The TFN team is very knowledgeable, and the team as a whole participates in seminars on the latest equipment, exercises and nutritional advice. Elliott's instructors also regularly participate in power lifting competitions as both referees and participants. And they really listen to their clients'questions and concerns.
As an over-70 client, I know weight-training is critical to maintaining my quality of life ... and, in my experience, there is no better partner than the team at TFN regardless of age. Highly recommended ...
My list of things I like about TFN and the TFN trainers is long so I'll mention one that is still very fresh in my mind.
Between August and December of 2024, I experienced pain in my legs, generally around my right knee and the calf and hamstring (my diagnosis). Working with my regular trainer, Kevin, and during his absence in December, Elliott, we successfully worked on isometric leg strengthening exercises. We combined that work with additional attention to an old right arm rotator cuff problem. After a month and half, I'm happy to report, but not with surprise, that I believe those episodes - leg/knee and shoulder pain - are now in "the rear view mirror." And just as important, I think I've at least pushed any consideration of a partial knee replacement well into the future. THANK YOU!
