My trainer, Anton, is excellent at devising exercises geared towards someone in their mid-70’s. My strength, mobility and endurance have all improved. I’m able to walk up stairs without knee pain, and pick up my one-year-old grandson without lower back pain. I highly recommend TFN.
Very relaxed, welcoming environment and staff is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, the body, and biomechanics. It’s obvious that real thought and consideration goes into every workout plan. Highly recommend giving TFN a try!
I am a massage client of Kyori Yamamoto. I have followed her from Burke to Annandale to McLean. She is very skilled and thoughtful and offers a wonderful therapeutic Swedish massage.
