I made a call to the store, speaking to the owner, asking if he would have time to look at my bicycle regarding some work that needed to be done same day. I also asked about a quote for replacing the handlebar tape, which was significantly less for the same tape at the Trek store I was currently at in a different FL location. I took my bike there, we reviewed it, discussed options for retaping as well as other potential work that could be done. I stated if he could get it all done the same day that is fine, but if not I can leave my bike. He made recommendations with a cost workup. I left the store to run errands and was pleasantly surprised but not totally surprised that he was able to complete all of the discussed work. All of the work completed looked terrific, I love my cycling shoes, took my bike home and a short test run showed how great the new pedals,clips and shoes were, the taping was awesome. He did not try to oversell me on work that the other location attempted to do. I greatly appreciated the timeliness, the quality of work and friendly atmosphere. I will drive the extra mileage to return to this store in the future vs the more local Trek store!
