I absolutely love this shop! I think it's so important to find a great local bike shop and while this definitely isn't the closest one to me, it's the best. I trust the people working in this shop as consultants. The fact that they are very friendly and you want to see them is a big plus. This trip was to take my Domane SL5 in for yearly maintenance. I decided to make a few changes to the bike, their advice really helped. The maintenance was done very quickly. When I went in to pick it up, I was blown away. The bike was SO clean, it looked brand new. It looked like a new diamond, you know the way it looks under those lights in the Jewlery store? I also was in the process of switching from oil to wax for my chain and let them know so they didn't lube it up after cleaning. WOW! The drive train was/is SO shiny! They degreased the new chain for me too. I waxed it as soon as I got home and went for a ride this morning to break it in. I felt like I was riding down the road in a brand new car.

I was there for first time and I was greeted immediately when I walked in. It felt so good to actually see that. The young lady was awesome and hilarious. She made my day. I bought a seat, but I will definitely be back for a new bike.
