It starts and ends with the employees. It’s always the workers and how they interact with you. Their knowledge, their concern, their empathy towards your needs and wishes and how they respond. The caring seems genuine and there follow through is above and beyond. I feel blessed to have found a bike shop like this and enjoy my visits.
