Trek Bicycle has been a life saver for my daughter. She is in a wheelchair and Trek has been wonderful about taking care of the tires on her chair and sometime that is not any easy task because her tires are solid rubber. Well qualified technician came to our house and adjusted the brakes to allow the wheel to spin freely and stopped the brakes frpm squeaking after $900 of repairs to the two bikes we purchased from Treck about 6 years ago.

Never had a bad experience here! Staff is friendly and welcoming, helpful, and supportive but not overbearing. And their repair and maintenance service is top notch! And whether it’s a TREK bike or an “off-brand”, whether you bought it there or not, it doesn’t matter. They will provide you with A++ service every step of the way!
