Knowledgeable about bikes and bike needs. Not pushy as far as recommending additional expensive parts or services. I trust that they know what they are doing. I like the simplicity of Annual Tune-Up and Tune-Up Plus. Quick turnaround and overall they are very friendly. When I walk in the door everyone says hello.
