I have always been met with friendly staff and they get right to work on my needs. The mechanics have made so many tweaks on my bike without charging or making me wait! I did purchase the bike from them. They have been a solid bike shop in the city!

I walked in just to look at bikes and ended up ordering one—thanks to how friendly and helpful Bryant and Barrett were! Both were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I never felt even a hint of pressure to buy. They patiently answered my million questions and made the whole process of buying a bike surprisingly easy. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. 10/10—highly recommend.

Excellent products…was aware of the Trek Marlin brand due to family members usage of these mountain style bikes for years so I made it a goal of mine when finally retired to purchase one for my own. I acquired the Trek Marlin 5 Gen 3 29 inch and am very satisfied with its performance for a big guy like me. Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful during my purchasing process as I upgraded the base product with many accessories and was asking lots of questions. Highly recommend A & B Cycle.

I’ve now bought two bikes for my kids from A&B Cycles and have had several repairs done here as well. This is exactly what a local bike shop should be—friendly, reliable, and welcoming. You’re greeted when you walk in, and they make sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it keeps me coming back. Glad to have a place like this in town.

So far I have had two rides and it has been a smooth ride. Easy to shift and shift smoothly between gears both up and down. The mechanic and set trike up perfectly for my height and weight. He explained things so that I was able to understand for a beginner. The sales person recommended the right trike for me by just asking a few questions. I’m quite satisfied with the sales and service I have received from the staff at A&B Cycle

Bike is not as heavy as the others we have tested. Price is better also than Competitors. Knowledge of staff very helpful and big bonus that we got to try before we bought!!
