The spa is nicely decorated, clean, and provides a very relaxing environment. I also GREATLY appreciate that the spa area stays fairly quiet (as it should) when I'm getting my massages. This is perfect for me since I have a very hard time relaxing. I tried when I'm in the front to reciprocate and speak softly to ensure anyone getting a message gets a quiet experience too. Erika is great and gives awesome massages. She is very professional and easy to talk to. I have been coming to the Touch of Serenity Spa for about a year know and keep renewing for more sessions. I have recommended the spa and Erika to many of my friends.

I would like more attention to the areas that I came there for. Also, I need to find a more comfortable position, since my back surgery made it hard to lie on my abdomen for a long time.
