Great! I would recommend to any first time home buyer. Bob is great and give a through post review of what he found in the house. He saved me from purchasing a home that could’ve had severe structural damage. Which helped us to keep looking and find a home that was much better for our family and he gave us a great response about that home, giving us the confidence to move forward with the deal.
