When I took my used RV in for servicing just after 2 months of ownership, they negotiated a mutually acceptable bill for the repairs for the motorcoach. Thank goodness for extended warranty coverage, as it came in handy when my generator, refused to work when I was informed when I purchased it, it was only used for 30 hours. I was updated on the servicing every couple of days... I will return for servicing as needed. Thanks!

Well --- we are 'shoppers', so when we go somewhere to get something, we like to be able to find it, get it and get going. Really enjoyed that they made it possible to take the unit home that very day. After the initial walk through, I was very grateful that they gave me space to explore how the unit works (OTG tent trailer) on my own. I most often go on camping adventures solo and being of short stature, this gave me the time to see how it will be to setup/ takedown everything solo. The whole team, from our sales person Cody, to the services team and staff at their goods store were all incredibly helpful and friendly. This was our second time purchasing from Fraserway RV, Abbotsford and have already referred individuals to the location.

Always enjoy talking to our salesman, Steven Wong. We have now bought two motorhomes from him. Thanks, Steven we Love are Four Winds 25V. Sorry, but this one's a keeper.
