The team was very helpful over the half day we spent there trading in our trailer and purchasing a new one. Desmond made the whole process smooth and easy and went above and beyond in making sure we were attended to throughout. He listened to what we were looking for and made sure we got the accessories we wanted. Excellent customer skills, for sure! Jason was thorough in the walk through in the new trailer and Bob managed the business and financial part efficiently. JP put great effort into getting us the best he could in the trade-in and oversaw the whole experience while we were there for the afternoon. The Parts team was very helpful as well.

The customer service agent was very professional and got me linked up for the what I call the frequent buyer club. One suggestion: I was looking for an alcohol free RV antifreeze product, and was told they all contain alcohol. When I took the time to carefully read the labels of the various products, I found one that said was alcohol free, which is the one I purchased from the parts department. I will continue to purchase this product in the future from Fraserway, as alcohol free RV antifreeze it not found in most hardware stores.
