when I visited your parts dept 10 years ago was very disappointed nobody new what they were doing and no understanding of what rv parts are all about. I heard there was a change and came to see what had happened and was very pleasantly surprised Everyone from the parts manager down new and understood what rv parts are and there function in a rv not going to a computer to figure out what a toilet was. I was looking for a lightweight, slide in-truck camper for my Sierra 1500. I had been looking around for a bit, trying to decide what to get, what brand, ect.. I went to Frazerway RV in Abbotsford, and met up with a salesman called Gord Chen. From start to finish he was informative, patient, listened to what I needed and wanted. Answered all questions, honestly and in a timely fashion. He was not pushy, very chill and polite. I ended up buying a Soaring Eagle Adlar 5.5 XL, and absolutely love it. It’s exactly what I wanted and needed and within budget. I would highly recommend Frazerway RV in Abbotsford, to anyone. Again from Gord, to finance papers, to walk around at the end before driving away. The staff are exceptional Thank you for an amazing experience, and bringing my dreams come true 🙌🙌🙌👏👏. I will start by saying it started of well all staff we very pleasant and helpful the sales man was very helpful and easy to get along with When I came to pick up my trailer it went well until I got to my camp site where my water pump did nothing but draw air i was of course very upset. I was told a walk though had been done and every thing was working i called and the service did take care of it as soon as I could bring it in so in the end I am very. Satirififed and will continue to recommend a d use fraserway rv for My rv needs. Thank you
