Parts department was excellent and very helpful to deal with. Very disappointed in service with trying to get my RV fixed under warranty and then good will warranty to fix an issue that arose after using the new fifth wheel 4 times in a span of less than 2 years. Forest River was excellent at allowing the goodwill fix and the other warranty issue last year.
