Really like your staff. Currently Adrien is providing our regular service and before that it was Mark Lintag.
Most important, I appreciate that I can call when I have a specific issue, ie ants or rat droppings in a specific area and technician always responds and visits to deal with it ..
1. listening to the customer and following up if customer not happy to make things right without the customer feeling like they are being gauged.
2. I do not like that you are forced to sign a 1 year subscription. THAT subscription is a big reason that I would consider another pest company. You should allow the customer to make the decision of entering into a 1 year subscription AFTER the INITIAL service call. Please change that policy of you may lose customers or recommendations for potential new customers.
3. Please send out seasoned technicians with over 5+ years experience. New employees should be shadowed by more experienced techs. Don't learn at the customers' expense.
I have been so pleased with the level of service provided --the office staff, the exclusion guys and most notably the technician, Corey (so reliable and conscientious).
I greatly, greatly appreciate the level of knowledge and problem-solving that has been applied to my situation. Really terrific!
I don't think I could hope to find this level of professionalism with anyone else.
