Roof was put up on two buildings in less than one day. Flashing and screens took several days longer to repair and replace. The administration portion of the process took several weeks to complete and notify my insurance company of a certificate of completion. In fairness to ABLE the insurance estimate and approval was subcontracted to an independent contractor, which in my opinion convoluted and confused the communication exchange between ABLE and USAA. I’m still awaiting release of withholding funds from USAA, but I’m told funds are in route.
