I'm a returning customer. I've been satisfied with the quality of work, and materials. When I had a problem with my existing roof, they came out the next day to inspect it. They're not the cheapest roofing company, rather comparable to similar size roofing companies who have been in business just as long. The job was quickly scheduled and completed in one day. I purchased new gutters with gutter guards and am very pleased with the look. I'm even more pleased I wont have to get the gutters cleaned so often.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end, dealing with Able Roofing staff and roofer workers. The jobsite was left cleaned up, except for some plastic wrapping that became airborne and was placed several feet from the worksite due to high winds. We liked the idea that the shingles are manufactured in Ohio. It was very obvious that the work crew knew their jobs and worked diligently all day to complete the job. There was a slight language barrier initially, however, this was overcome once the Supervisor arrived, and the job flowed smoothly, and job updates were provided throughout the day. We were expecting the Salesperson to show after the job was completed, regarding inspection purposes, however, that has not occurred to date.
