Brought my Pivot MTB in for service recently. I really liked how the service technician went over the bike with me to discuss repairs and any other potential issues that they see that could be repaired while there. When I picked up my bike, they went over everything that was done and even discussed some initial repairs (front brake rotor) did not have to be done. This was the first time I had brought my bike in for service at Absolute and was very pleased with the communication and timeliness of service.

The technician who reviewed my bike provided a detailed list of items to be worked on. I understood what the bike needed and we agreed on the items. The final cost was a little less than the estimate, so that was nice, too.

Instead, they focused on helping me understand my options and find what worked best for my needs. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude turned what could have been an intimidating experience into an enjoyable one.
