Love the team at this shop. My bike is riding great and always happy to come in there for service! Paul was incredibly helpful with a warranty problem with my brakes, and was able to get e up and running again. And Mike, Robert, Spencer, Ryan, and Tyler are always so helpful when I come in. I know I'm forgetting some names, but I've always had a great experience visiting the shop and recommend it to any friends visiting here who need to pickup bike gear.

Very friendly and approachable staff. I came in wanting a full tune up, but after talking with Paul about my bike and my needs he put together a menu of services that had everything I wanted and needed. I was in Salida for a two-work conference and they squeezed me into their service schedule so my bike would be done before I needed to head home.

Came in for a quick check on my bike. Didn't get to ride like I wanted to this year. But got a full look over and oiled my chain that I knew needed it. Bought some oil so I can stay on top of it. I came in with a small parts issue……. Lost a nut to a full suspension linkage. As you know they can be VERY proprietary. Your staff looked at my problem as a problem that needed solved. And your guy solved my problem. Way too easy to 550pm to say “ hey man , you need to offer that from the manufacturer “. As usual. Your guys delivered
