Ben was super helpful when I was in a jam. I came in town and my bike needed a new set of jokey wheels and then we added a new chain. Super understanding that I was only in town for a few days and couldn’t really check my bike in. Then, after the service was finished, he made sure I knew where I was going and what trails would be ideal. Solid guy and as always, solid bike shop.

The best thing is the personal care with our very common bikes. We bring them there yearly for annual checkups and servicing. Never had an issue. They are very up front about prices and the time to get the bikes done.

I love my new Ibis Ripley I recently purchased! Robert was super informative, knowledgable and helpful when I called to inquire about the best choice of a new bike for me. When I arrived at Absolute Bikes, everyone was really welcoming and kind. Shawn has created an impressive bike shop! Spencer got me all set up on my new bike and was really patient and helpful with adjustments also offering good information about new bike updates to me. I am extremely happy with my choice of the Ibis Ripley, so much fun to ride, and the excellent service and atmosphere at Absolute Bikes!
