The technician who reviewed my bike provided a detailed list of items to be worked on. I understood what the bike needed and we agreed on the items.
The final cost was a little less than the estimate, so that was nice, too.
I recently visited the shop as someone with very outdated experience in cycling, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was approachable and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. They were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. What stood out most was that they never made me feel like an outsider or pressured me into buying anything. Instead, they focused on helping me understand my options and find what worked best for my needs. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude turned what could have been an intimidating experience into an enjoyable one. If you’re new to cycling or just looking for expert advice without any sales pressure, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! Ask for Robert, he rocks.
Your staff gave generous time and patient explanations and several tweaks as I tried out e mountain bikes which is why I felt comfortable buying from Absolute. Special standouts Ryan and Spencer.

Have bought several tubes and finally converted to tubeless after repeated flats (thorn season they told us). Got a precise estimate in advance, got the job done in 24 hours, and had all the accessories and instructions I needed to recharge the tire as needed. Didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need and provided a range of options at different price points, explaining the pros and cons. All the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and very helpful.
The store has all the parts in stock needed to make my repairs quickly. Labor costs were reasonable and the staff were very friendly and talked me through all the repairs increasing my understanding without making me feel dumb for not knowing how some components of NY bike work. Overall another excellent experience with Absolute.
