Came in with a question about my brakes, the service tech explained what he saw, what the best solution would be, and even helped me figure out a way to DIY the process next time (adjusting the brakes, simple job that I just didn’t have the capacity for on this trip). They got me in and out in just a few hours despite being slammed with other work, 13/10 service.

When my boyfriend brought my mountain bike in for front and rear wheel and tire repair, the mechanic was unfriendly and argumentative. My boyfriend explained the problem the wheel and was having and the technician told him that he was wrong and then said he needed charge him an hour’s labor to remove the front wheel. My boyfriend tried explaining that wasn’t necessary and offered to remove it himself then suggested tapping on the axle to which the technician appeared defensive and offended. After going back and forth on this several times, he finally took my boyfriend’s advice and it came out with ease. When I rode my bike for the first time after picking it up, my back wheel nearly came off while riding down Fooses, which made me feel more skeptical that it wasn’t really handled thoroughly. My boyfriend is a very calm, level-headed man, so I believe his recount of the interaction with the technician. My dad then had a negative experience using your shop weeks later where he was not listened to and his bike was not worked on throughly.

Helpful friendly staff replaced my Cranks same day.. Bob shuttled us up to ride Cottonwood and gave us all kinds of great suggestions and advice on the route and what to expect. In all of our travels Mt. Biking across the US this is one of our favorite bike shops we have ever visited.

There is an absolute thoroughness to the gents at this shop. I’m easy, but like perfection: they delivered and had my bike back in action within the day. Wish they weren’t 1,464 miles from home.

I love the way Absolute Bike treats its customers; they make us feel important. They listen and are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the only bike shop I spend my money in the area. I recommend going there for local knowledge about the wonderful trails in the area. Absolute has a great supply of parts and an awesome service department.

Everyone in the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke to Mike and Ryan for quite a while about the local trail system and the provided great recommendations for what to hit based on my skill level. The trail maps the shop sells are very well marked and clearly identify the trails, with the recommended direction of travel, along with the roads. I needed to buy a couple of parts and Mike was able to answer all of my questions about the specific items I was looking at. Overall, great vibes in the shop.
