Absolute Bikes has the best service, the best products, and the best people. Every. Single. Time. I love going in for a tune-up or a new accessory - it's always a treat to see them. Their intentionality around making sure everyone who wants to bike gets to bike is remarkable. As a woman, it's rare to find a traditionally male-dominated space where I feel so welcome. I really appreciated Ben putting my old family bike on a stand and explaining everything like I had a 10,000 dollar bike rather than an old Trek 200 dollar bike. I went for a long ride , 2 miles and was really pleased with all the new gear positions. I had been riding it in one gear. I'm 81 years old and not a potential big money customer but I was treated by everyone I interacted with like I was that important customer. Thanks folks, I'll be forever grateful. Amazing selection of gear. I usually find great clothing here as well. As far as service, there is no other place I’d want to take my bike. Ben helped me out this round and he took the time to talk through everything that was going on with my bike, even when I know that the service department is swamped. Service is 10/10

Mechanic was super friendly and got my broken spoke fixed super fast. I am on a road trip and they got me back to riding super quick. Really appreciate it. Everyone was super friendly too.
