Absolute Bikes has the best service, the best products, and the best people. Every. Single. Time. I love going in for a tune-up or a new accessory - it's always a treat to see them. Their intentionality around making sure everyone who wants to bike gets to bike is remarkable. As a woman, it's rare to find a traditionally male-dominated space where I feel so welcome. I can't recommend Absolute Bikes enough.

I really appreciated Ben putting my old family bike on a stand and explaining everything like I had a 10,000 dollar bike rather than an old Trek 200 dollar bike. I went for a long ride , 2 miles and was really pleased with all the new gear positions. I had been riding it in one gear. I'm 81 years old and not a potential big money customer but I was treated by everyone I interacted with like I was that important customer. Thanks folks, I'll be forever grateful.
