The store has all the parts in stock needed to make my repairs quickly. Labor costs were reasonable and the staff were very friendly and talked me through all the repairs increasing my understanding without making me feel dumb for not knowing how some components of NY bike work. Overall another excellent experience with Absolute.

It’s a small thing and not expected, however, giving bikes a wipe down would be 5 star service, create loyalty, and make a lasting impression.

I just love the friendliness and openness of the team. The quality of the mechanical service is outstanding and above the normal bike shop. I feel lucky to have a shop I can trust with my gear, and I can be assured the job will be done well; and this is coming from a mechanical engineer.

Absolute Bikes repaired my damaged derailleur quickly and expertly. Their customer service is outstanding - they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, paired me with an expert service provider, explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how long it would take. Marcel did a great job!
