Tyler at Absolute Bikes in Salida was thorough, patient, and knows his stuff. I've been just 'tolerating' pain while riding and he was able to get me very comfortable on the bike. He made changes to alleviate pain in multiple areas and I am psyched to get out and ride my bike - feels like a new bike day. HIGHLY recommend him for a bit fit, minor or major tune - don't wait! I am not sure why I waited so long! Tyler was AWESOME and the shop is great too!

The technician speaks directly to me, ensuring he knows exactly what’s going on and what I need and want. He helps parse the two and lets me know in advance about how muck it will cost. With this and previous service, the tech has come up with simple solutions to update components on an aging, packaged bike. I can explain how I ride, and they can help my bike support that experience.
