Both the owner Shawn Gillis and staff Ryan spent extra time to ensure I got to test ride several models and also did the bike fitting with professional skill. The modifications I requested to the bike's original equipment were done rapidly and efforts were made to ensure minimum extra cost, all very satisfactory. In addition to the sales experience I'll just take this opportunity to say, as someone in the community familiar with trail construction, youth bike training and safety and other projects, how much I appreciate the decade-long history of Absolute and its owner in contributing services to the community. They are a great example of a local business that truely is integrated into its community.

Love the team at this shop. My bike is riding great and always happy to come in there for service! Paul was incredibly helpful with a warranty problem with my brakes, and was able to get e up and running again. And Mike, Robert, Spencer, Ryan, and Tyler are always so helpful when I come in. I know I'm forgetting some names, but I've always had a great experience visiting the shop and recommend it to any friends visiting here who need to pickup bike gear.

Very friendly and approachable staff. I came in wanting a full tune up, but after talking with Paul about my bike and my needs he put together a menu of services that had everything I wanted and needed. I was in Salida for a two-work conference and they squeezed me into their service schedule so my bike would be done before I needed to head home.
