Everyone living here is very friendly. I have found it to be very quiet so I hope I'm not doing anything to disturb anyone. Maintenance has been attentive when I've had an issue.

It’s quiet and the people are friendly. Love the unique features of the auditorium, historical pictures, large windows and hallways. The ceilings make the rooms feel much larger. It’s always exciting to hear of the events being held in the auditorium.

This is a beautifully maintained historic building. My apartment is fantastic. High ceiling, hardwood floor and modern appliances. I haven't had any problems the six years that I have lived here. The staff are friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

We have loved our time living at The Academy. We love the history and upkeep of the building, cleanliness of halls and spaces. It is warm and peaceful. The neighbors are mostly respectful of the space and have had timely responses from staff and management for the day to day things that come up. Everyone has been so kind and professional. This was our first apartment after 30 years of raising family and have loved walking each day around Corning as well as sitting on the property near the garden beds to relax and read.
