We would never use any other company for this service. They were extremely thorough, and their additional tips and information were appreciated. The inspector was very knowledgeable and explained how to correct deficiencies in a simple and easy to understand manner. We appreciated that the inspector explained upfront what an inspection is and isn't, and set the stage of what types of issues they would look for and the limitations inherent in a home inspection. Would definitely recommend to others!

The inspection was handled in a very professional thorough manner. They spent approximately 3 1/2 hours explaining exactly what the inspection entailed and also its limitations (ie cannot see inside the walls). They identified a few areas that required rectification and prepared a complete report including future maintenance of key systems, pictures, thermal imaging pictures and suggestions which are quite valuable to know as a homeowner. They also provided information on resources other than their company that were useful in helping us in making our purchase decision. On this basis I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections.
