This was my first visit to this bike shop. When I dropped off my bike, Xavier examined the bike, made recommendations and reviewed everything that should be done and why. When I picked it up, the work that was done was reviewed with me. The gentleman also helped me get the bike into my car. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Everyone was attentive, greeting me and asking if I needed help as I was browsing. I will continue to use this shop for my biking needs.

Xavier was very professional and was exceptionally helpful in picking out the bike that best fit my needs. He really helped explain differences and what to expect for fit of the bike. He also went over maintenance tips as well.

Best service ever their knowledge on products they don't try to oversell you. I've probably bought over a dozen bikes over the years and I just can't say enough. I'd never go anywhere else and they treat you like family. They know your name who you are and just engage in conversation just not enough to say about how wonderful they are. Dr. Duddy and myself can't thank them enough for the E bikes the recommended.
