Two things.
1)They have walking shoes that typically fit my feet. And it was nice that I was able to get them fitted with the correct arch support.
2) Took my bike in for repairs. Like most people you never want to pay for repairs I think everything should last forever. But Tony was honest and upfront with me on what really was needed. At first I thought I was going to have to settle for a mixed match shifter levers, but they were able to get me a matching set that meeting the quality that I had on my bike. And keep the cost that was good for me.

When I walked into Action Sports to purchase a new bike, there were two employees standing there waiting for customers to assist. One of them was very helpful and explained to me the bike I was thinking about ordering. My new bike was delivered to the store fast and it was put together in a timely manner. When I went to go pick it up, the employees were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Action Sports.

I popped in last week and dealt with 3 different employees, who were each very knowledgeable and helpful. Forgive me but I can only recall 2 of the 3… Tony and Collin. I needed some handlebar grips, inner tubes, questions about gear ratios. Then looked at some 29” bikes. Everyone we spoke with really knew their stuff. Great interactions, we walked out with $50 worth of kit. Great store, great staff. -AW
