The customer service man who helped us (Matthew I think) was seriously the best experience we’ve ever had shopping for anything. He was insanely knowledgeable, sized both of my children for bikes, helmets, etc. This alone will make me chose action sports every time. Staff from Kerry on down is helpful, product knowledge, and friendly. Once in the door you are immediately greeted by a staff member with a request if they can be of assistance. Bike repair shop outstanding in scheduling, repairs and parts to get u back on the road. If they don't have it, they will make every attempt to obtain it for you. Customer service is not an idea at Action Sports, it's their mantra.
