I had done some, initial, research for an e-bike and having talked to Steve decided a Trek model would be right for me. He spent some time talking to me about how I would use the bike and what benefits would be gained from the various battery choices. When I went to pick up the built bike, I received a comprehensive guide on how to use the controller, use the lock, remove the battery and how to charge it the most efficient way (to prolong the life). Along with some basic maintenance recommendations.

The service and advice that steve and his team gave was second to none. They were able to give unbiased advice and ensured that o bought a bike that suited the riding I want to participate in.
I’ve never owned a trek, but I can confidentially say that I’ll never buy a bike from a different shop.
I have been blown away with how professional and competent they were.
