The staff are always helpful, friendly and caring and the changing rooms although old and tired are kept clean. However, some of the showers need a little attention as they aren't very warm at times. I would still appreciate a bigger clock in the pool area so that I can vacate the pool in a timely manner!

Great centre needs more strength classes, also the studio needs cleaning regularly it's quite dusty and full of mud from people 's trainers.

Copley is certainly the cleanest centre in all of tameside leisure centres. Lovely cafe area. The spa is great I really can't fault it on anything other than not having Paul who does the water fitness. That's why we have to go to other centres that are quite dirty in the changing areas.

The gym equipment is 1st class and really easy to use. I also like that there is no judgement on those who are not at great fitness levels just yet. Really lovely community wirh everyone happy to help.

the lifeguards that are o poolside are well trained and presented to speak to . the showers and the facilities are very clean and smell fresh. the reception staff are more than happy to help and are always pleasant
