Friendly staff none judgemental always helpful. When you ring for advice you can also get through and some one is also polite respectful and informative. Classes are enjoyable and have a great atmosphere but you still work hard, and instructors are understanding of any difficulties but also supportive .

The pool session was wonderful, the staff extremely helpful, and watchful. Loved the waves a d slide, something for everyone to enjoy. The food in the cafe was lovely - could have done with more serving staff to speed up the queue, and more chips and nuggets ready for the end of the scheduled session as that was what most people wee having. All tables were full so.lots of custom there.
