I had a complicated home search from out of town. Adriane always had my back with honest suggestions that helped me focus and ultimately find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. In this terrible market of limited inventory and bidding wars, that's quite the accomplishment! Clearly, she's a realtor with broad knowledge and a depth of experience that you simply can't find with 99% of the realtors out there. She constantly advocated on my behalf, and patiently explained every step and document. And, most importantly, I trust her. If I ever move again, Adriane will be the only person I would call to help me. Outstanding is an understatement!

Adriane is very thorough about understanding the requirements of first-time new buyers like me. She has experience looking at detailed high-cost items which might affect buyers after buying a home. There were certain times as an excited buyer we liked a house without going through many intricate details, but her experience helped us to stay away from expensive and high-maintenance houses. She is very responsive to calls and texts almost 24x7. One offer we did finalize mid-night.
Finally, I could get a very beautiful home for an outstanding price and credit goes to her. It was way over my budget but she really helped to get it within my budget. It's like a dream home in a very posh area.
She also directed me to check my budget, helped to get rough property taxes, etc. before finalizing the offer. Also helped to get contacts for repair work contractors.
Unlike my previous agents, I found Adriane is passionate about her job and will help to find her dream home.

Getting good Home in today’s markets is certainly challenging. Adriane understand client’s requirement very well & helps to make right decision.
One thing I like working with her is she responds so quick and going beyond to get specific Information. I would defnately recommend working with Adriane for real estate deals.

Adrianne is the best. This is the second time we have used her and she knows all the ends and outs. Very personable and the best part is follow up and availability because there are always questions when buying or selling. She attends inspections and does the extras to help sell a house .In our case twice she put together added features that we spent extra on to help get more value for our home.

Truly Top Notch Agent.
We bought several houses through various agents some of them were personal friends but we never got from them the quality of service that we got from Adriane. She definitely knows her market, she was not looking for a quick sale but looking how to find the right property for us.
She also knows about constructions and building and steered us away from couple of properties that had problems. She is a great communicator. Can’t say enough about her,
