Timely appointments to get in to see a doctor. Dr.Andros is extremely knowledgeable, fully explains options for your issues. Nurse practitioners are outstanding. All of them really care about their patients. They take time to address issues versus rushing you out the the door. Receptionists are all so great if you need an appointment they really work to try to get you in there very quickly. If you need a nurse to call you back they actually call you back within an hour or less. Overall my experience with everyone at advanced urology has been excellent. They're caring for patients far outweighs larger urology practices at the bigger hospitals downtown where you wait for months to see a doctor. And if you call with an issue you're lucky to get a call back in a week from a nurse at a larger downtown hospital. I highly recommend advanced urology associates.
