He carefully takes you through the buying considerations process beginning with rider purpose and intent so the customer can weigh options and make informed decisions. We truly appreciated his guidance, and the opportunity to test drive what we thought we wanted around town at our leisure. Excellent diagnostic and mechanical work! Matt treated me like a long time customer when actually I was passing through the area and my TREK needed work. He also helped with a warranty claim and sold and installed extra lights for road cycling. Great shop!
