Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about movement and functional anatomy. I enjoy the dynamic approach that I get the most out of my time which is so valuable at the moment. Airyoga allows me the opportunity to stretch, improve strength, have fun and work with my body and mind. Very few places offer this. I don't even consider it exercise, it's more of a treat and have found training here the most enjoyable challenge!
Super clean, very friendly and relaxed (but very professional) environment. Trevor our instruction was brilliant. As a first timer, he walked us through step by step - lots of fun! Apart from getting motion sickness :( I totally LOVED it!
Whatever I am feeling either it being tired or stressed, I can always count on feeling absolutely great after a class at airspace! I love the support and the way we're pushed. The range of poses and exercises that you guys give makes me feel good about myself and like I can achieve anything. Lastly, I love the instructors and the people, feels like a second family.
The trainers always push you to your own limit, and encourage your progress whilst ensuring your technique is correct. Even when the class is full and you're struggling behind everyone else, you'll never feel left out and you'll leave feeling accomplished. Exhausted but accomplished.
