Technician was very knowledgeable of the problem and knew exactly what was wrong with the problem. Phone representative was very courteous and friendly over the phone and a pleasure to work with. Over all my experience was amazing and I enjoyed working with them. I can't wait for the next 6 months maintenance
Robert called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He got right down to business and had the problem fully solved within 45 minutes of being here. He also went the extra mile to show me what was wrong, how it was fixed and in addition taught me things to watch out for that would indicate something is wrong. Very professional and friendly.
The technician was excellent. He was personable and thorough. He gave me information but I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade services. He explained everything very well. I appreciate fitting me into the schedule on a same day request.

I was greeted by Dorian when I called Aire for AC issues. You were the 4th company I called. Within 15 seconds of my call with Dorian, I knew I had found the right company, by first impression. After a couple minutes of small talk, she mentioned her many years service as a CHP dispatcher, very impressive Long story short, she promised same day service, with arrival time of 3-330 and the tech would call before hand. Dorian is the nicest most pleasant lady I tailed to that day.!
At 230 Rashad calls tells me he is ahead of schedule, can he come early? Of course you can! Long story short, Rashad shows up early, gets right to work, spends a good amount of time but ultimately he fixed my AC, and at a reasonable price!!! Rashad was extremely professional, courteous and carried himself just as one would expect a proud 9 year Navy combat veteran to be. Of course more small talk. And he made quite the impression on my 6 year old autistic son Evan. Thank you Rashad for fixing my AC,, for giving Evan attention and thank you for your service! By the way, Sierra Pacific said they could help June 22! Bell Brothers June 25! Gilmore, I hung up after being on hold for over 5 minutes.

Robert the technician from Aire Serv was very friendly and professional. He quickly fixed my air conditioning unit and explained what he was doing while he worked. My experience with this company has been 100% satisfaction. From their office to their owner they are very customer service oriented.
