That it is covered, everyone is friendly, they pick you up right where you park with minimum wait, give you a card with your parking spot for the return, a very short wait to get picked up at the airport-no call in needed, have the ability to earn free days of parking. The driver also just told us that they fill your tires if needed, have an AAA/AARP discount, snacks and a restroom to use if needed before heading home.
