In recent years, I had switched to using on-site parking at the airport for business travel for convenience and time savings, but the prices there have gotten increasingly out of hand and I have now happily switched back to your service. I have found it convenient, fast, and safe and was recently able to use points accumulated through the years to park for free during a vacation. That was a great added bonus. Thanks!

The shuttle is always very prompt in arriving at my car when I park. The covered area is great to keep my car out of the weather. No matter when I arrive back at the airport a shuttle is there to pick me up.

Your person at he check in gate has always been very welcoming. All the drivers we have had are extremely personable. That gives the start of our trip, and the end of our trip, a relaxed feeling!

It had been awhile since I used your parking garage, but the attendant at the gate looked up my account and was able to tell me I could use my rewards that I previously earned. A nice gesture since it had been a 12 day stay and saved me 2 days free, so grateful !
