Al went above and beyond for our family during a difficult time. Communication is KEY, it is absolutely crucial - and with Al Melfi and Real Estate One, there was exceptional communication. There was NEVER any failure, no misunderstandings, nothing left to the imagination. As a non-resident and non-local seller, I was hugely impressed with both Al's communications (calls, texts, emails) and the systems used (showings, inspections, etc.) to keep me up-to-the-minute about everything. There were, as the saying goes, no worries. I had contacted a different agent (different real estate company) via e-mail, through their own website prior to contacting Al. That agent responded 3 DAYS later, to which I replied "no thanks". How many buyers could've been lost in those 3 days? The e-mail was my intentional measure of their ability and willingness to be on game. Most of us have had our share of businesses or service providers who fail at communicating, don't show up, don't respond, hit us with surprises ... I am greatly appreciative for the smooth & informed experience I had with Al Melfi, REO and every other party in our transaction.
