The doctor was thorough in explaining every step he took in diagnosing her condition. I was pleased with the outcome he sent us with meds and supplements to help with her recovery. Also, the staff was amazing I recommend that if you need a vet Dr. Herethel is the one to take care of you.

I have taking my horses to APEMC for over 16 years since I moved to the Central Coast. The facility is state of the art and the grounds are beautiful. The moment you arrive, the office staff is so pleasant, courteous and accommodating. Even on the phone making appointments they go above and beyond to to schedule with the veterinarian of choice. I call it my horses "Primary care Physician". I know if they are not available ANY of the veterinarians will do 100% to get a diagnosis and treatment plan. I do have my favorites that know me and my horses well. Dr Mark Rick was at the top of my list and I am so glad he is enjoying retirement with his family. I have peace of mind knowing APEMC is just a 40 minute drive and basically available 24/7 with well qualified Interns and Vet Tech's that work hand and hand with the seasoned veterinarians. Thanks for making routine visits and emergency visits a positive experience. Oh, I can't forget to mention the great products from Platinum Performance.

All your vets are extremely good. It is a very person-to-person business. The front office folks all know me when I call Nikki etc. So, please don't send out these surveys, every company does. Will I get a survey each time I interact with my vet? Alamo Pintado should continue to be unique, personal and non corporate. A better thing for your business would be to have a person (maybe the owner) call a random samples of accounts once a year and just person-to-person ask how are things going. You have a good group of people at Alamo. It is a pleasure to work with everyone.

Alamo has THE best of everything I’ve been a client for many years. I live in Lancaster I will drive 2 1/2 hours because I see the best only. Dr Parks has always been my go to person. This was my first time at Alamo . I was so impressed on how much time Dr. Stevenson spent with me and he explained every thing that he was doing and what he saw in my mare . I’m glad I made the decision to bring her there. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Stevenson and his staff. All the staff is very kind and helpful .

Beyond the obvious fact that the best emergency veterinary care is available 24/7 at Alamo Pintado, the team is compassionate and caring. All necessary tests are available in one location and the vets have vast experience in issues not always seen at a local level. Treatment options are discussed in depth, along with experienced advice in potential outcomes. I'm forever grateful to the staff of Alamo Pintado!
