Alan is willing to help with the sale in many ways. He summarized and wrote to two contractors that I was not happy with to see if they would take responsibility for their mistakes. He also took over the project of finding and installing smoke detectors in order to meet code. Alan is always accessible by phone or text. Alan knows the markets in the Detroit area as well as anyone. Because of his experience he can offer solid advice about pricing. I would recommend Alan to anyone that is buying or selling a home.
